1 General Terms & Conditions

Krlkya is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between krlkya and its members. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms carefully before using any krlkya services.

These Terms are written in English for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with krlkya, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be a legal citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid mobile number and email address registered in your own name.
• Must not appear on krlkya's prohibited list.
• You must confirm that you are registering voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.

Each member may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. krlkya may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Accounts created with false information will be suspended and no funds will be refunded.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Krlkya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Specific minimum and maximum limits apply for each payment method.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 (may vary depending on payment method).
• Your maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits made under a third party's name are not accepted.

Funds deposited at krlkya must be used for gaming purposes only. If any transaction appears suspicious, krlkya reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place it on hold. Compliance with these Terms and Conditions is mandatory for all members.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

To withdraw winnings from krlkya, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawal requests will not be processed without completed verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.

If krlkya rejects a withdrawal request, the reason will always be communicated. The rejected amount will be returned to your balance, and you may resubmit the request.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Krlkya regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which are clearly communicated at the time of claiming.

• To claim a bonus, the conditions listed on the promotions page must be fulfilled.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the conditions are met.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements — is a direct violation of these terms and conditions. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Fair Play Policy

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 18 years of age).

• Contacting other members while impersonating krlkya staff.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of the platform's copyrighted content.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10 Account Closure & Termination
